Toyota Camry, made by Welly.
1:64 scale.

This is one of the few Toyota cars from the mid-2000's that I really like. I'm glad Welly has turned their attention to this car, the miniature looks great.

Cool. One thing I have always wanted to know is, are there scale models of the 96 Camry?

Welly is improving the quality of their 1:64 miniatures.
Some of them look better than HW and MBX!

Welly should improve on two items: the paintjob isn't well finished on every car, and the wheels are repetitive, they should release different rims.

The models I've seen don't open their doors nor their hoods.
And I like that.
Most 1:64 miniatures that open the hood look weird.

they tried to make a sportive-family car, but failed epicly...

The only thing that saves Toyota from oblivion is the 86 GT

I'd never even heard of the Camry. Turns out, it was never popular in Europe and they stopped selling it here in 2004.
Closest we have is the Avensis, which is exclusive to the European market and some Japanese dealers. Its more closely related to the Scion tC (Toyota Zelas to you).

I've heard of the Avensis.
Despite knowing the Scion tC, I never heard of the Zelas name...
