My 99' Volkswagen Gol, shot from my living room. Today I got the new wheels installed. It's the first set of wheels I've ever bought! I spent a whole month looking for this specific set of rims. They were sold with the Gol GTI 16v (1995-1999), a car that happens to be quite rare. Not only that, a good ammount of those (scarce) GTIs were moddified over the years... the original 15" wheels being one of the first items to be replaced.
One of those sets survived up to this day, and now is part of my car. The Volkswagen logo is missing on the four wheels, but I'll have them installed during this week.
That said, I've got the headlamps and the wheels from the Gol GTI. Now I'm going for the sideskirts and rear spoiler, just a matter of time to find these items. I just wonder if I'll ever happen to find the hood from the GTI, the most rare item on my list.
Don't know if you know it, but I live in a house. I can do pretty much anything in my garage then
I always wash the cars in my garage since I was a kid. I don't like to pay other people to wash my car: you can always find dirty spots here and there after their "work". So, not only I wash the car better, but I also like to wash the car by my own.
I've seen similar wheels on VW Polo here many times. These ones: [link] (my photo)
You can even see a part of my sofa (lots of sofas lately, uh?) on this shot
Those wheels look alike. Just a few differences, yep
Sofas everywhere.
I live in a village, so I can easily wash my future car just in front of my block or garage.
