Toyota Supra, made by New Ray, 1/32 scale;
Toyota Supra JGTC, made by Saico, 1/32 scale.

The Toyota Supra is a fantastic car.
If it weren't for the videogames, I'm pretty sure the Supra wouldn't be so famous.

The Supra may be dead and gone, but its name lives on!

Glad you liked it, man!

Although I love blue cars, for some reason I think this generation of the Supra looks better on red :shrug:

If I had found a blue Supra, it would be in my collection already =D

true, it still looks perfect if supra was blue or even white with castrol racing vinyls! but, the perfect color for supra is blue, not red, why not red? because red supra really doesn't match the color with the car

I gotta agree with you, the Castrol livery is so cool on the Supra!

Nice model and picture!

I think what really made the MK IV famous was the first "Fast And The Furious" movie. "Gran Turismo" and similar games certainly helped, but the movie reached a much wider demographic- the ones who can't manhandle a Viper through the corkscrew in Laguna Seca. ;)

As for me- my first experience with the Supra was via Hot Wheels and Matchbox, and it was the 1982 (MK II) model. My first real car ended up being a 1983. I still miss it and I've promised myself I'll own another someday!

Glad you liked it, thank you for the comment! =)

Yea, that movie really gave the Supra a "fame-boost"... too bad it also made the Supra a target for the so-called ricers.
I've seen a couple of real Supras so far. Both of them were JZA80.

You're welcome. :) And thnak you for posting a Supra! ;) I love Supras, obviously, though my heart lies with the MK II & III models in particular. I followed (and passed) a MK I on the highway a few weeks ago (even got a pic of it!). I'd upload it but it's not what I would consider a good enough photo.
