Plymouth Prowler, made by Anson.
1:18 scale.

I have some miniatures of convertible cars, roadsters and so on.
Only two models came with the removable top: a 55' Ford Thunderbird and this Plymouth Prowler.

....I managed to lose the T-Bird's top, so the Prowler is now the only car with such feature in my 'garage'.

You barely hear or see this car any more. Was it really that bad? I thought it was always awesome.

I think it's just a matter of time until people start to see the Prolwer as a classic ;)

Epic photo indeed, Galm03 is right :)
How many 1:18 miniatures do you have exactly? You keep posting and posting them and there's no end! :D I don't have enough space for even one such model in my room...

Haha thanks a lot, pal!

Well... right now I don't know exactly how many 1:18 models I have. But it's something around 20 cars ;)

I got most of them as gifts from my parents or grandparents, back in the early 2000's.

The last 1:18 model I got as a gift was the Maisto Ferrari F50, in 2006.
Since the F50, I got just two 1:18 cars, the BWM 530i (in 2007) and the Lancia Delta Integrale (in 2012) =)

Eu tinha esquecido ela no armário do meu irmão por uns meses.
Achei ela ontem... com uma leve camada de poeira impregnada sobre a carroceria.
Mas nada que umas flanelas e uns pincéis não resolvessem

It's a nice feature... they should make more miniatures like that!

i found a 30s Deusenburg in my collection of 1/64ths with the removable top, first one of those i've ever seen in that size....

and you're SO right, they should, my dad has two 1/24th camaros from this high end model maker that have removables, but they were like $60 dollar cars, even the drive shafts turn on them.

The driveshaft moves the miniature!? :o
Wow! I have miniatures that turn the steering wheel, but the driveshaft... never heard of such thing!
