The 2008 Formula One season... ah, the 2008 F1 season!
The Driver's Championship that year would be decided on the last race of the season.
Felipe Massa driving for Ferrari, and Lewis Hamilton on his McLaren.
The circuit, Interlagos. Brazilians were excited to see a brazilian driver fighting for the championship on a brazilian track.

Because Massa was doing great that year, people all over the country were watching the races.
The Interlagos showdown was the apex of an exciting year.

To score the championship, Felipe should win the race and Hamilton should finish 6th or lower.
All was perfect, when rain started to fall on the last laps.
But Felipe Massa managed to win the race, and tears of joy rolled down our faces. After all, when Massa crossed the line, Hamilton was 6th.

Our eyes started to follow the brit, as he was still racing.
... and on the antepenultimate corner of the last lap of the last race of the seasion, the McLaren overtook Timo Glock and his Toyota. Mr. Hamilton was now fifth. Mr. Hamilton was now the champion.
